Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Maria.
We apologize for any inconvenience however, at this time in order to have paperless statements you must be enrolled in Online Banking. If you have not done so already, you may enroll in Online Banking by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. To complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, Social Security number, your ATM/Visa debit card number and your email address. If you run into any trouble during the enrollment process, you may contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and our Digital Banking Specialists would be happy to help you. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once the enrollment is complete, you will have immediate access to your account.
To enroll for paperless statements, please follow these steps below:
- Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements." Once you have opened and reviewed the two documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes."
When your statement becomes available, you will now receive an email notification to the email address you've provided. To view a copy of your statements, please select the "Statements" tab under "Account History."
Again if you need further help, you may give us a call our Digital Banking Specialists or visit a TD Store near you.
We hope this helps, Maria and have a good afternoon.
