Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Jennifer. We'd be happy to clarify.
Federal regulations require banks, including TD, to send certain pieces of information to you via standard mail. These things include overdraft notices, interest statements, terms and conditions updates, etc.
As you've mentioned that you've enrolled in paperless statements, your account information will no longer be sent via standard mail and will be accessible online.
If you are receiving any other mailings from TD such as marketing advertisements, you are able to update these preferences by filling out a form found here: https://go.td.com/Z6vtVx. You may also speak to a Representative directly to update this information either 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. For Store locations and hours please visit: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope this helps, Jennifer and have a good afternoon.
