Before we begin, we'd like to apologize for any inconvenience; however, please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact, and because of this, we do not have access to your account or personal information to assist you with confirming the email address you may have saved with TD Bank.
However, if you need to, you are able to update and confirm you email address by simply logging into your Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet signed up for Online Banking, don't worry. This can be completed simply by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, debit card number, Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
Once you're able to access your Personal Online Banking, you'll first want to click on the 'Customer Service' tab towards the top, right hand side of your page. Then, under 'Update Profile and Preferences", click on 'Contact Info.' From here, you can select the accounts you wish to update your information from, and after entering in all the information you may need to update, click send, and you're all set!
