We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble updating your address, Antonio. We'd be glad to help you update this information.
You are able to call us from overseas by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a land line telephone. After speaking with a Banking Specialist, they will be glad to help you update your address.
If you are unable to call, please log in to your online account by visiting www.tdbank.com and send us a secure message. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
You are also able to mail your address change to us. Please send your address update to the following:
