Hey Noe, we are glad to see you here today.
Being able to use your TD Debit Card when you do not have funds depends on if you are enrolled in our TD Debit Card Advance feature. For more details on this feature, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/Q5WEKO. This service is offered as a convenience, and as a safety net to give you the peace of mind of knowing that your debit card will work for you when you need it most.
We'd also invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1lx9Xko as this provides overdraft options that you may find useful.
If you are not enrolled in this feature and would like to, feel free to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000. This can also be completed via your Online Banking account after logging in at: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, by clicking the Customer Service tab, and then using the Enroll in TD Debit Card Advance link (you can select either the option to enroll or deactivate using this link). Or, visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours and click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a local listing.
We hope this helps. Have a good one.
