I don't see one in file files, but it doesn't mean we didn't get one. How do a get a copy ASAP for 2014 taxes?

Hi Rebecca, thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps.
All TD Bank 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015. Please keep in mind that these are generated for Customers who earned more than $10.00 in interest for the previous year on their deposit accounts. If you're not certain if you'll receive the form, you may wish to review your interest earned on your December, 2014 statements for all of your accounts which earn interest, or give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further information.
If you have not received the form and you have gained greater than $10.00 in interest, you will have a few ways to request a copy. You may give us a call, send a Secure Message or visit any TD Bank Store. You may to choose which option is most convenient for you. To connect with one of our Banking Specialists, you can call us at the number mentioned above 24/7, and upon verification, they will be able to submit a request for a copy of your 1099-INT form.
To send a Secure Message instead, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a Secure Message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your message, please be sure to include the account numbers, your current address and the reason you're requesting a copy (i.e. lost other copy, did not receive original). Or, come in and see us!
