I AM UNABLE TO LOG IN TO MY CHECK IN ACCOUNT WITH MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD. WHEN I TRIED TO RESET THE PASSWORD ITS ASKING THE SSN IN THE FIRST STEP ITSELF. SINCE I DON'T HAVE A SSN, PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE OTHER OPTION TO RESET THE PASSWORK
