I want to make a payment online but can't, I wrote down login information, but it's not working.

Please know that Samsung financing is available through TD Retail Card Services, a division of TD Bank.
You can access your account online by visiting here: www.myonlineaccount.net
If you have trouble enrolling or making a payment, please contact a TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551. They will be more than glad to assist you with your account, and are available 9:00 am through 9:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
