Hi Marisa. We'd be happy to explain!
It sounds like you may be talking about TD Debit Card Advance. This is a discretionary program that allows TD Bank to pay some of your debit card transactions even if the funds are not available. If you enroll in the TD Debit Card Advance program, overdraft availability is determined at the time that your card is swiped or processed. Because of this, we're unable to provide an exact amount that will be allowed. Some factors for acceptance are: the age of your account, the balance in the account, and the past number of overdraft occurrences. There are fees associated with overdrafts. Please click here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK.
We encourage you to check out some info about Overdraft Services with TD Bank. For an overview and comparison of the different programs, please click here: https://go.td.com/1lx9Xko.
