Thanks for joining us on TD Helps today, David.
When making a deposit into our Customer's account, the account number is required to ensure funds will be credited to the appropriate account. We understand you don't have your account number with you at this moment, but no worries! We can share some options with you in order for you to gain your account number while you're overseas!
If you have a previous paper statement with you, the account number can be found on the top right hand side of your paper statement. In addition, if you have your checkbook handy, the second set of numbers is your account number. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
Just in case if you don't have any paper statements or your checkbook with you, you also have the option of viewing your account number via your Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Upon proper account verification, we can enroll you for Online Banking in no time. To connect with us from outside the United States, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000. You may also contact us collect by dialing 00+1-215-569-0518 using a landline or non-mobile telephone.
Please be informed that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone.
Thanks again for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day.
