Hey TD team,
I'm a student and I worked a few years ago in Vermont. I opened an account with you but now I'm back in Chile, I tried to close the account but couldn't before. I still want to close it and I understand that I need to send a mail to make that happen.
I haven't used the account since I left and I received a letter saying that my account is overdrawn by $45.72. My account was supposed to be free since is a student account till I'm 25 (I'm 24 so far), so I don't understand why I have this overdrawn.
I lost all my info to enter to the bank info online and couldn't recover it since I don't remember my user name. I only have my account and routing number. In which other way can I get the info necessary to access my online banking and see what have I been charged?
I want to fix this issue and close the account. What do I have to do to dfix all of the above?
Thanks in advance,
