Hi, Anthony and good morning! We're so glad to have you on TD Helps today, thanks for visiting.
We certainly understand how difficult it can be to remember your log in information, as we all have many to remember these days. Please don't worry, as we have several options available to help you recover this information.
If you happen to remember your user name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Trouble Logging In link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security Number, it will ask to you answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
If you can't remember your user name, do not have Social Security number or you're currently enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect, that's okay! Another easy way to reset your credentials is to contact one of our 24/7 Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562 to assist you. You also have the option to stop in at your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours, where a Customer Service Representative will be happy to help. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
We hope this helps and you're able to log back in, Anthony! Have a great one!
