Thank you for coming to us with your question, Johanna. To protect your account, security questions are randomly selected and we are unable to select a specific question to authenticate your identity. However, our dedicated Online Banking team can help gain access to your Online Banking account again after proper account verification, including changing your current security question. Their direct line is 800-493-7562. They are available 24/7 and are happy to help. If you prefer, you can also visit us at any TD Bank Store. For lobby hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions and answers include: - Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question. - Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like "Rd." instead of "Road". - Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. So you only have to remember the answer - not whether or not you used upper or lower case letters in your answer. For additional security question tips and other helpful hints for answering your security questions you can visit: http://bit.ly/1ikiYdw. We hope this helps, Johanna and thanks again for reaching out.
