how do I get to the site to change my online names?

We'd be happy to provide you with instructions to update your username and password for the upcoming Online Banking update.
To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and then select the 'Customer Service' tab. In the first group under the 'Self Service' tab, you'll see hyperlinks for your username and password. Just select 'Username' and you'll be taken to a screen where you'll need to enter your new username twice. Once you've entered everything in, just click 'Submit'. If you'd like to update your password as well, just go back to the same place and select 'Password'. You'll be asked to enter your current password and then your new one twice. Guidelines and rules for passwords are listed right there next to the entry fields. Once you click 'Submit', you'll be all set!
