Thank you for coming to TD Helps, Barbara. We'd be more than happy to assist you with changing your statement settings.
We apologize for any inconvenience; however, at this time in order to receive paper statements you must change your setting via Online Banking.
To choose to receive paper statements, please follow these steps below:
- Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the "Paper Statements" for each account(s) in which you'd like to receive paper statements again.
-You may then click onto "Save Changes"
You will then receive a confirmation stating "You have successfully updated your online statements settings." Please keep in mind, choosing paper statements may result in a monthly paper statement fee and the check image service may also be discontinued unless you have contacted us to request them to be on your statements. For a listing of our fee schedule, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you have a trouble choosing to receive paper statements again, you may contact one of our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562. You may also visit a TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Barbara and have a good day.
