I keep having a hard time with my security questions. Is there a way I can reset those questions so I don’t get locked out? Can I just skip them?

Thanks for reaching out to us at TD Helps today, Megan!
We’re sorry if you are having difficulty with your security questions. Fortunately, you do have the option to update your security questions and answers anytime.
You can do this by:
- Logging in to your Online Banking
- Selecting Customer Service
- Selecting Change your Security Questions/Answers
- Selecting the question you wish to change and change your questions and answers
- Clicking ‘Update’ to then save your changes
Please remember: Your changes are immediately active when you save them. A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions include:
§ Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question.
§ Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like "Rd." instead of "Road".
§ Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. So you only have to remember the answer - not whether or not you capped any of the words in your answer.

We hope this helps! Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.
