Hi Claudia, thank you for coming by TD Helps today with your question. We would love to be of assistance with your mobile access.
The credentials you use to log in to your TD Bank online account will be the same for your login to the TD Bank mobile application.
If you have a business account with TD Bank and currently use TD BusinessDirect, please be sure to use the corresponding BusinessDirect application for your mobile device, rather than the app used for personal accounts.
To download the BusinessDirect Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/XPQXFn. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. You may also wish to visit the AppStore or Google Play Store in your phone for a direct download.
It's possible that your business account may not be signed up for BusinessDirect. If that's the case, you would need to use the TD Bank (US) mobile application to log in.
To download the TD Bank (US) mobile app please click here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H. Please note, this is also the app you would use if you have a personal account with TD.
If you would like assistance with this process or if you experience any difficulty, you may contact a Digital Banking Specialist anytime of the day or night for live assistance. They can be reached at 1-800-493-7562. You are also welcome to visit any local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for help; please find a listing here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope we have been helpful to you today, Claudia and have a great day!
