NO ACCOUNT. I ASKED YOU HOW I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. YOU TOLD ME TO CALL. THE PROBLEM IS I HAVE HAD SURGERIES ON MY THROAT WHICH RENDERS ME INCAPABLE OF SPEAKING CLEARLY AND LOUDLY. We are sorry to hear of the difficulties that you're having. We will be more than happy to get you in the right direction in regards to your transfer. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If you're enrolled in Online Banking you may also send a Secure Message. To send a Secure Message you must first log on to your TD Bank Online Banking profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISl . On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the “Message Center”.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, and wish to start using this free service, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
