I enrolled for TD Debit Card Advance this morning by calling by phone and having a Customer Service representative set it up for me. It says I'm enrolled when I look at my Checking Account details. When I went to TD Bank, afterwards, and tried to withdraw some extra money from the ATM, it said, "Insufficient Funds". Why did this happen? I thought with TD Debit Card Advance I can have a one time overdraft withdrawal when I don't have enough money in my Checking account?
