If this is in regards to your TD Online Banking, if you remember your user name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Trouble Logging In link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
If you're unable to reset this yourself for any reason, please contact us at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. If you need to reset the password for your BusinessDirect account, please contact us at 800-493-7562, option 2, to speak with our Small Business Team, also available 24/7.
Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will also be able to help. Please feel free to check outhttp://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
Additionally, if you're looking to change the verification Password on your account (password placed on your TD Bank account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone) and do not recall the current one, you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours. If you do remember the current verification Password and would like to update it, you may contact our 24/7 customer service department at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank store.
