Thanks for writing in today and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction for assistance.
If you are referring to your TD Bank Online Banking password and you know your user name, you can reset your password using the Self-Service feature via the TD Bank website by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once there, please select the "Trouble Logging In" link located beneath the password field. You will now be at the "Reset Your Password" page; select the account type and input your user name along with the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. You will then be asked to answer your security questions. After successfully answering the security questions you will then be able to create and confirm your new password.
Take a look at the following tips that could help when creating a new password:
- Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
- Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
- Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
- Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days

Hi, when i try to follow the steps below i get this:
Online Banking System Error
An error has occurred. If you continue to experience difficulties please call 1-800-493-7562. [30052FP]
I tried calling the number, but I was told i need to go into a branch and figure it out. The issue with that is that I'm a student studying abroad, in europe. I have no physical way of getting to a branch anytime soon. Yet i need to access my account so I can withdraw money and pay my bills and everything.

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulties with your online account, Filip. We can certainly provide some direction.
If you have called us and you were advised to visit a TD Bank Store for assistance with your online account, we can recommend that you reach out to your Home Store directly. Since you mentioned being outside of the U.S. right now, you can contact us from there via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. The U.S. country code is 1-011. Once we receive your call, we can transfer you to your Home Store so that they can further assist you. Or, if you know which Store you opened your account at, you can call them directly and feel free to take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to locate their hours and contact information.
We'd also like to let you know that even if you haven't been able to log in to your Online Banking account, in most cases this should not interrupt your account usage. You are more than welcome to use your debit card as appropriate, and we can certainly provide you with your account balance and other info if you contact us using the numbers mentioned above.
We hope this provides some help, Filip and have a great one!
