For security reason, we are unable to provide ATM debit card PIN via email or telephone; however, we're happy to offer other options that you may retrieve or reset your ATM PIN. Feel free to choose one from the following options:
- Visit us at any TD Bank Store with proper ID, during lobby hours; check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of TD Bank Store locations and lobby hours near you. During your visit, you should be able to reset your ATM PIN instantly.
- Contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once one of our dedicated Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
-Send us a secure message via your online banking to request a PIN reminder. After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center". You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Please allow 7-10 business days for the PIN Reminder to be mailed to your address on file.
