Welcome to TD Helps, Estralita.
We're sorry to hear that you have forgotten your account number, and we'll be happy to help.
Before we begin, we'd like to take a moment to explain that TD Helps is not currently considered a secure forum of contact, and because of this, we do not have access to your account or personal information to assist you directly. However, there are a couple ways in which you may obtain your account number, and we'll be happy to provide you with all your options so that you may pick the one that is most convenient for you.
The first and most convenient way in which you may obtain your account number is to simply log into your Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet signed up for Online Banking, we invite you to call 1-888-751-9000 to connect with a Banking Specialists, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please know that for the security of your account, our Banking Specialists are unable to provide you with your account number over the phone, but they'll be more than happy to enroll you in Online Banking, where you will have access to this information right away.
Once you are able to successfully sign into your Personal Online Banking, you'll want to select the tab that reads 'Accounts'. From here, you will then be able to view all of your deposit accounts, and under the 'Account Number' section, you will be able to view your full account number!
You also have the option of viewing your account number via your mobile app. If you haven't yet downloaded TD Bank's Mobile Banking App, feel free to click here: https://go.td.com/1hOPk1H to learn more. Once you have downloaded the mobile app to your smart phone, please log in using the same Online Banking credentials as above, and from here, you'll first want to click on the 'Accounts' button. Next, please click on the account you wish to view, and then the 'Details' tab. You will then be viewing the last four digits of your account number, and by simply clicking 'Show', you'll have access to your full account number.
Another option you have when wanting to obtain your account number is to review any personal checks you may have for your account. Your account number will be the second set of numbers towards the bottom of your check, and you're welcome to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63 for an example of where all this information can be located.
Lastly, you're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. During your visit, please be sure to bring a valid for of I.D. with you.
We sincerely hope this helps, Estralita. Enjoy the rest of your day!
