The security of your account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone. We do have a few options to retrieve your account number and are happy to provide them to you. If you have any checks available, your account number will be the second set of numbers on the bottom of the check. It will also be available to you on the top, right side of your statements. If you do not have a paper statement available, you can always log in to your account online to view it. If you're not already enrolled for Online Banking, please give our Digital Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Banking Specialists will be able to set up your Online Banking for you.

I have the same problem too, and I have ID and my SS#, can I visit my local TD and make a withdrawal?
