If you know your user name you may change it by signing into your Online Banking account, clicking on the Customer Service tab and then selecting "Change User Name" from the options.
At this time TD Bank does not offer the "Forgot User Name" feature. In the meantime, if you still do not remember your user name, you may reach out to one of our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to reset your user name upon account verification. Once you are able to sign in to your account, please follow the steps above to change your user name.
