In reply to Jake, Grand Rapids
Good afternoon Jake,
Thank you for reaching out to us today and we're sorry to hear about any trouble with your debit card.
First, your full 16-digit TD Bank Visa Debit card number will be available for you to view on the front of your card. Kindly keep in mind that this number won't be available online or on your statements. We apologize that if you don't have your card with you, there is not any method available at this time for recovering the number, for your account security.
If you've misplaced your card, you may certainly give us a call right away at 888-751-9000, 24/7 and we can cancel it for you during your call, as well as send a new one out to your address on file. We also notice that you're in Grand Rapids right now, Jake. If you need a card to be sent to you while you're out there, we can also assist with this when you speak with us by phone.
You're also welcome to send us a Secure Message for assistance. To do so, please log in to your Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please write to us with your inquiry and a Specialist will respond shortly.
If you are in the area, you can also stop in to get a new card right away at any of our Stores. We're available at these locations and times: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Jake!
Best of luck and we'll talk to you soon.
