It's great to have you join us in the TD Helps community, Sandra. We would be happy to provide you with the options available on how to reset your PIN for your TD Debit Card.
If you do not remember your PIN number and need to reset it, you can do one of the following:
- Visit us at any TD Bank Store with proper ID; check outhttp://bit.ly/TDStoresfor a listing of TD Bank Store locations and hours.
- You can call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once one of our dedicated Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
If you feel that your card may be compromised. We can close your current card and reissue a replacement card. You can call a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. After verification, we can close your card and mail out a new replacement card. You may also stop into any of our TD Bank Stores for an instant issue replacement card.
