To reset your password, please visit the Online Banking log-on screen by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once at the log-on screen, select “Trouble Logging In” under the Password field. You’ll be asked to provide your User Name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You’ll then have the opportunity to choose a new password once you’ve correctly answered two of your Security Questions.
If you experience difficulty with answering your security questions, or receive a message saying you are locked out, we recommend contacting a Digital Banking Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562, who will be more than happy to assist you in resetting your password.
