Good afternoon, Howard and thanks for looking to TD Helps for assistance. We are glad to provide you with some options to access your accounts.
If you've forgotten the password to your TD Bank Online account and remember your username, you can reset your password using our self-service option by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’re at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password. Please choose the account type and input your username; you will then be asked to answer two security questions. After successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
We also like to share with you a few tips that could help when creating a new password:
- Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
- Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
- Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
- Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
If you are experiencing difficulties while using the self-service feature or you’re referring to TD Bank BusinessDirect, please give us a call 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Banking Specialists. After they've verified your account, they will be able to help you gain online access back in no time. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance. For TD Bank Store locations, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If by any chance you're looking to change the verification password on your account (password placed on your personal account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone) and do not recall your current one, you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours to remove or change this password.
If you're referring to logging into www.tdcardservices.com, you may contact a TD Credit Card Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
If you are referring to your TD Go Card account, please us 24/7 at 855-219-8050.
We hope these options are helpful to you, Howard! Feel free to stop by again anytime and have a great day.
