Hey there Juan,
Thanks for writing in and we hope you're having a great evening.
We see that you're located in Toronto. If you're locked out of your EasyWeb account, please take a look at this conversation on the TD Canada Trust TD Helps page that you might find helpful: http://bit.ly/1G7XdHQ.
If you are referring to your online account here at TD Bank U.S., if you're unsure of your password don't worry as we have some options for you. If you remember your user name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Forgot your password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
If you're missing any of the information required to reset this yourself, a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact us directly at 888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we can get you back online right away during your call.
We hope this is helpful for you this evening, Juan.
All the best and have a great weekend!
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
