I need a new PIN to go get money out - I dont remember it !

We're sorry to hear that you've forgotten your PIN, Linda. We'd be glad to help.
If you do not know your PIN, you are able to contact a Specialist over the phone by dialing 888-751-9000, by sending a secure message or by visiting a TD Store.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Keep in mind that any requests fulfilled over the phone or via secure message will be sent to the address we have for you on file. This mailing may take up to 7-10 business days.
By visiting a TD Store during lobby hours, our Specialists are able to update your PIN during your visit.
