Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Ina.
If you're in need of your PIN for your ATM/debit card or for the automated telephone banking system (IVR), we have a few ways to obtain this information. Please keep in mind that for your account security, we're unable to access your PIN via telephone, email or TD Helps, we apologize if this causes an inconvenience.
Since you're out of the country you may call us from Minsk by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone. Once our dedicated Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder for your ATM/debit card via mail or reset your PIN for the IVR. Please note that PIN reminders for your ATM/debit card that are sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
If you'll be traveling back to the United States, you may also visit a TD Store to reset your PIN for either the IVR or your ATM/debit card. For a listing of our Stores and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another option would be to send us a secure message via your Online Banking to request a PIN reminder for your ATM/debit card. After logging onto your account, please click the "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center". You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Once you finish typing, you may click on "Send."
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for your personal account, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address.
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
We hope this helps, Ina and enjoy the rest of your day.
