I have never used my debit card for cash withdrawals and now I've forgotten my pin number. What do I do?

Hey Lucy thanks for writing in to us here at TD Helps. We are happy to help guide you in the right direction!
There are a couple of ways we can offer you to help retrieve your pin number for your TD Debit Card. Your first option is to call us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. Once our dedicated Banking Specialist verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service representative, you could visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours. The Representative would be able to reset your PIN number for you. For a listing of Store hours and locations, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps Lucy. Have a great one and let us know if you have any further questions.
