I forgot to put date on a check which i deposit through Mobile on Wednesday and the check is still on hold till today

We're sorry to hear that your mobile deposit hasn't been credited to your account, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Generally speaking, if a check that has been deposited is missing any information, such as a signature, payee name, or date, the check may be returned. While we are unable to confirm if your check will be returned, or when you may expect this to occur, you're more welcome to discuss this with one of our knowledgeable Specialists in further detail.
Banking Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As always, you're also welcome to speak with a Customer Service Representative at any number of our Store location, during lobby hours. If you're unable to call or visit a Store location, don't worry, as you're welcome to also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
