So great of you to visit us today with your inquiry, Destiny. We'd be happy to help answer your question.
As the check you recently found was dated 3 years ago, to confirm whether this check was deposited into your account, we ask that you contact us directly at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 and after account verification, we'd be happy to look into this for you. You may also visit your local TD Store for further assistance here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You may also send us a request via secure message though your TD Online Banking. Please log onto your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you have not enrolled, that is okay! You may do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, TD Debit card, Social Security number, and email address handy.
After you log in or after you've successfully enrolled, to send us a message, on the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. In your message please include details of the check such as the date, check number, and check amount. Once we receive your reply with this information, we will be able to process your request.
Please note, we may not confirm if a check was cashed. You may, however; wish to connect with the employer for more information.
We hope this helps Destiny. Please have a good day and let us know if you have any other questions.
