Travel Notifications are always recommended prior to a trip overseas to reduce the chance of experiencing acceptance issues. As you've mentioned that you're traveling and still having trouble, we recommend that you reach out to us directly for assistance.
You are able to call us 24/7 from overseas by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect from a landline telephone with operator's assistance by asking them to dial 215-569-0518. Once speaking with our Representatives, they will be glad to assist with your debit card.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 using the numbers provided above.
