What is the cutoff time for a pending direct deposit?? This is interfering with my plans and finances this morning.

Hey Dom, thanks for stopping by TD Helps! We are more than happy to address any concerns you have about your direct deposit.
For direct deposits, funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. These types of deposits are processed overnight at varying times and will be available for use once processing is complete. We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Direct Deposits are available on the same business day that they are credited to your account, even while they are in a pending status. As you've mentioned that your deposit is still pending, the transaction should apply to your statement at the close of the next business day.
If you have further questions about your direct deposit, you're welcome to give a Customer Service Representative a call at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists can contact our ACH Department for more information on your direct deposit. Please keep in mind, our ACH Department is open Monday – Friday between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Or if you'd like, feel free to visit at any nearby TD Bank Store to have one of our Representatives look into it for you. Please see: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your nearest location.
If you are currently locked out of your online account, please contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562 option 2 for BusinessDirect). Once you reach our Representatives, they'll be happy to help you gain access to your online account.
