Thanks for joining us today, Mary. We'd be happy to assist you!
Though you are able to use the Debit Card that you received when you first signed up for your account, you are able to order a new card.
There are a variety of ways you're able to do so! You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help order you a new card. Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store to have a new Debit Card issued. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to send us a secure message to request a new Debit Card. To send a secure message, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you are not currently enrolled and would like to be, you are able to sign up at any time by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/Debit Card number and Social Security Number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call us by using the number listed above.
Please know that Debit Cards requested via telephone and secure message will be sent to the address we have on file for you and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
Keep in mind that one active Debit Card may be issued for each account holder. Once your new Debit Card is activated, your previous card will automatically close.
If you have any further questions, feel free to visit us here on TD Helps, call us 24/7 by using the number listed above or visit a TD Store during lobby hours.
We hope this helps, Mary and have a great day!
