i got a new card with chip so can i start using that from now or i need to call customer care and active that?

If you have received your new card by mail, it will need to be activated so that you can select your PIN. The instructions should have been included with your new card, or if you don't have these any longer, feel free to use our Activation line at 888-553-4122.
