It's great to have you here on TD Helps, William!
Based on your inquiry, it sounds like you received a TD Debit Card and you are inquiring about your TD Checking account number. If so, we'd be happy to help provide options on how to obtain this information. Please keep in mind, for the security of your account; we may not disclose account numbers via telephone or email.
You may locate your account number via your checks. If you have any checks handy; the account number is the second set of numbers listed at the bottom of your checks. For help, check out: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
If you don't have checks handy, that is ok- there are still a couple options for you!
If you have any statements handy, your account number is also displayed on the top right hand corner of your statements.
You may also view your account number when logging onto your TD Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/SMUhhl. After you log in, the welcome page displays your account number. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking and would like to be, you may call us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification, we'd be happy to help get you set up!
Lastly, as always, you can visit a TD Store in your area to retrieve your account. For lobby hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps! Thanks for stopping by.
