i got charge 2x for wire fee for a wire i received, the sending bank sent me the difference( they made a mistake) and i got charged again

Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though you may have received an international wire transfer into your TD Bank deposit account. If this is the case, we'd like to take a moment to explain in further detail that in most cases, when an international wire transfer is initiated, an intermediary bank will be involved in the transaction. When this occurs, a fee may be assessed by the intermediary bank in addition to any fees assessed by the sending and receiving financial institution.
