Welcome to the conversation, Gina! We're glad to discuss statement options with you!
In many cases, statements are generated on a monthly basis for a deposit account. If you no longer need this information mailed to your address monthly, you can always enroll in paperless statements.
To sign up, you must first sign in to Online Banking. You can do so here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once signed in, please follow the steps below:
1. Click the Customer Service tab.
2. Select the link for Online Statement Settings.
3. Select the Online Statements option.
4. Select the Email Address you wish to have statements alerts sent.
5. Review the Online Paperless Statement Customer Agreement and hardware and software requirements.
6. Click the check boxes indicating that you meet our system requirements and click Save Changes.

Our TD credit card accounts are also eligible for paperless statements. You can sign up for online access and enroll in paperless statements by visiting here: http://bit.ly/28LTtn1 or by connecting with a Credit Card Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
After you've enrolled in paperless statements, you can always request a physical copy of the months you need by calling a Banking Specialist, sending a secure message while logged in to Online Banking or by visiting a TD Store! You can review Stores near you here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
There are some account types, such as loans, that are ineligible for paperless statements. At this time federal regulations require financial institutions to report this information to their Customers each statement cycle.
