I tried logging in on my phone and I was asked the additional security question, which I answered but it said I answered incorrectly, and it logged my out.
How do I verify what I did wrong, and how do I get back in.

If you are trying to log in to your Mobile Banking application but have gotten locked out, we recommend contacting us directly. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and speaking to a Banking Specialist. After account verification, they will be able to help you regain access to your Mobile Banking app. If you prefer to speak to someone in person or are unable to call, you may also visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. Please visithttp://bit.ly/TDStores to find the closest TD Bank to you.
