I changed the password to my online account recently after a security breach, and forgot to inform my wife, whose shares the account with me. Needless to say, we were locked out after several attempts. Is there any way that I can reset the account online?

Because your account is already locked, you will not be able to reset it online. Fortunately, our Digital Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to assist you. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you gain your online access back immediately.
Additionally, please note that each signer on an account may have their own log in credentials. This helps to prevent password and security question lockouts. If your wife is also a joint account owner and doesn't have her own login credentials yet, we recommend she visit: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. The account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address will be needed, or use the number as above to have a Digital Specialist assist with enrollment.
