the advertisement was a false news report that talked about a casino app in which people can earn money, it looked very legit, me & my friends were kind of drinking at the time and thought lets give it a try the next day it took 39.99 out of our checking account.

We recommend first attempting to contact this company to ensure your membership is cancelled and no further charges will be made. We also recommend requesting a refund of the $39.99 charge to your account. If they are unwilling to issue you the refund, a dispute can be filed. We can also close your debit card to stop any further charges. You can obtain a new one by visiting us at a local Store, or we can have one mailed to you. To request one be mailed to you, simply give us a call at the number above or send us a secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
