Hi Nicole, thanks for joining us on TD Helps today. We'd be happy to help you retrieve your previous banking records.
We're glad to inform you that TD Bank retains up to 7 years of records for all accounts. To get information on a closed account, we encourage you to reach out to one of the TD Bank Stores in your area so that we may best assist you in retrieving the information you are looking for. After verifying your identity, a Specialist can research your prior account records with us and provide you with the account number you are looking for. Also, if there is any other information you need from your old account(s) besides the account number, we can place a research request to gather the information you need. Please find the nearest Store location to you and their lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps Nicole. If you have any other questions, feel free to connect with us 24/7 by phone at 888-751-9000. Take care!
