Nice for you to write in today, Scott.
First, we recommend that you contact our Recovery Department during normal business hours at 800-742-2651 to make payment arrangements. If you wish to, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store during the lobby hours to make the payments. For TD Bank Store locations and lobby hours, please check out, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once the overdrawn balance has been paid off, you can request to open a new account with TD Bank. Please note closed accounts cannot be re-opened regardless of the reasons for closing it. For information on the current Checking accounts TD Bank offers, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/UR7yr0.
