Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps today, David! We'll certainly provide the ways that you can obtain statements, and we hope you are feeling better.
We'd like to let you know that TD Bank retains seven years of banking history. Depending on when the account was closed, you may be able to obtain your statement copies at any TD Bank location during lobby hours or, if you have an active account with us, by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
If you choose to visit a Store, please bring a valid photo ID and a Banking Specialist can obtain statements for you. Please note that a research request may be needed to complete your inquiry. If so, please allow 7-10 business days for your statements to be mailed to your home address. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Please also know that as we would like to assist you here directly, we do not have access to your personal/account information on this unsecured forum.
We hope this helps and let us know if you have any questions, David, and have a good one.
