said that they sent a refund to the card but it is non-reload able and out of my posssession now anyways. Is there anything you can do to help? Amazon told me to get in contact with you first before they can try anything, so I hope to hear from you soon, thanks!

Although our TD Gift cards are non-reloadable, when you return a merchandise you bought using the gift card, the amount does get credited back onto the original form of payment. Please note, thus us up to the merchant as it may be their return policy.

If you've registered your TD Gift Card here http://bit.ly/1dmtzim and it is under your name or if you know the 16 digit card number, you may contact our Specialists 24/7 at 888-294-2249 or visit your local TD Store.
