Since you mentioned that your previous accounts became closed due to money that was owed, you can find out more information and make payment arrangements by contacting our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769, or by visiting any TD Bank Store and stopping by a Teller station. Our Recovery Department can be reached Monday through Friday, 8am-9pm and Saturday, 8am-5pm for your convenience.
Also, as the account is now closed, we apologize that this won't be able to be reopened. However, you are usually able to establish a new account with us once the previous debt is paid. Once you have done so, feel free to apply for a new account by using any of the following convenient methods.
